(NYSE: ENR) today announced that the executive leadership teams of Edgewell Personal Care and the New Energizer Household Products company will separately present as independent entities their respective business strategies and long-term financial objectives, including pro forma capital structures and capital allocation policies in New York City on Tuesday, June 2, 2015.
As previously announced, Energizer Holdings, Inc. plans to separate the Company's Household Products and Personal Care segments into two independent, publicly-traded companies. The separation is expected to be completed by July 1, 2015.
